Evers Agro B.V. Privacy Statement

Evers handles the personal data of clients, suppliers, (potential) customers (dealers and end users) and contacts with utmost care. As the controller and processor responsible for processing your personal data, we comply with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation.

Personal data

Evers processes your personal data which we receive from you, your organisation or your employer in the context of the delivery of supplies or machines and the associated after-care. It concerns information such as the following:

• Name, address, place of residence, date of birth and other contact details;
• Details of your organisation, your dealer or in case you are a dealer, from your end-user;
• Invoicing and payment details;
• For test machines being tested on your farm, details such as use, other machine combinations, type of soil, types of crops;
• Other information provided by you or your employer.

Purposes of processing personal data

Evers processes your personal data for the following purposes:

• to record orders, specific wishes and the associated administrative processing of machines being delivered or already delivered to you;
• to respond to a request for a product or for information about Evers products, to send you information, a newsletter or brochure or to contact you (by telephone) and advise you on the right machine;
• to track test machines, prototypes and pilot series;
• to comply with laws and regulations.

Retention period of personal data

Evers will keep your data at all times in line with its service policy and to provide its services. It enables us to keep you informed about developments relating the sector, machinery or mechanisation. It also means you do not need to provide us with your data again.

Rights of the person(s) concerned

You are entitled to request access to, to amend and to delete the data processed by Evers. To do this, you can send a specified request to info@eversagro.nl or call +31 546 644 866. Evers will respond within 30 days to requests to inspect, amend or delete your data.

Disclosure to third parties

Evers will not provide your data to third parties, unless you give Evers prior permission to do so, or if Evers is legally obliged to do so.

Amendments
